Leasowe Castle set to ring in 2018 with biggest NYE party yet

Leasowe Castle is set to host its biggest New Years Eve celebration to date this December 31.

Leasowe Castle set to ring in 2018 with biggest NYE party yet

The 16th century castle, nestled on the idyllic Wirral coastline, will transform into a party venue just in time to see in 2018 with a buffet banquet and entertainment that promises to be ‘the perfect way to bring in the new year’.

With the addition of a marquee exclusively for the occasion, Leasowe Castle will be expanding the space in its in-house eatery Brasserie 1593, welcoming more guests than ever before to join the frivolities.

Operations Manager Joseph Williamson said: “New Year’s Eve is always such a fantastic celebration, reflecting on the year passed and looking ahead to new opportunity. What better way to revel in the occasion than with family and friends in an utterly unique venue where the food will be plentiful and the drinks will be flowing beyond the chimes of midnight. Leasowe Castle is steeped in history and has seen in many New Year’s throughout the centuries but we promise an evening of merriments that are set to be the Castle’s biggest celebration yet.

“On the night, our talented team of chefs will be cooking up a feast fit for a King or Queen for guests to tuck in and enjoy. Music and laughter will carry us into the new year and with the additional marquee space in the Castle’s grounds, there will be plenty of room to dance the night away.”

Leasowe Castle’s New Year’s Eve buffet includes a range of savoury and sweet treats including the likes of Ham Hock & Roasted Chicken Terrine with Homemade Piccalilli, Chicken Liver Pâté and Chicory & Walnut Salad followed by main course options such as Roasted Breast of Turkey, Baked Salmon in Herb Butter and Vegetable Wellington to name a few. Sweet toothed guests can look forward to delectable desserts with Sticky Toffee Pudding and Peanut & Chocolate Brownies on offer amongst others.

Joseph added: “For those who just can’t wait until New Year’s Eve, Leasowe Castle is hosting an entire calendar of events throughout December. Guests can expect Yuletide favourites including Christmas Party Nights, Festive Afternoon Tea and Festive Lunches so let the season commence!”

Leasowe Castle’s New Year’s Eve Party is priced at £49.50 per person. Reservations are required.
