The move is part of Sports Tours International's global expansion and follows the recent launch of its German website, as their product offering of cycling and running events across the world continues to grow in popularity. Sports Tours International is key partners with many of the leading cycling events such as Le Tour De France, the Giro d'Italia, La Vuelta a Espana, L’Etape du Tour and Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100.
Sports Tours International CEO Chris Bird said: “We have a long history working in France and it has become a very important country for us. Sports Tours International already has its own office in Paris partly as we have a strong relationship with the ASO, who organise the Tour de France, the Etape du Tour and the Paris Marathon – all of which we are the official tour operator for.”
The new website www.sportstoursinternational.fr has been developed from the award-winning UK website. The French website will support Sports Tours International’s international growth plans, particularly as a change in European travel law comes into force from July 2018.
