The award-winning motorhome conversion specialist is responding to customer demand. Up until now all Vantage motorhome conversions have been two berths with two travelling seats.
Michael Hardicker, MD of Vantage Motorhomes explains, ‘In the past we’ve had to disappoint potential customers who want Vantage quality, attention to detail and renowned customer service but who need to travel with more than two passengers and require more than a sleeps-two layout.’
The new models can be seen at Vantage Motorhomes central Leeds factory showroom. The new Vantage RIO will have four travelling seats and three berths. This U-shaped rear lounge model is in response to those who might wish to use their motorhomes on away-days or for short trips with family. There’s a super king size (or two singles) plus an additional single as well as a front dinette. The extra flexibility for both travelling and sleeping brings new options for customers. The U-shaped rear lounge, as seen in the Vantage NEO, has proved very popular with owners and has been incorporated into the new designs.
The second new model is significantly different and brings Vantage Motorhomes into a new market. The Vantage SKY has four travelling seats and five berths and incorporates an electric drop-down bed. There’s a front dinette and it has Vantage’s popular U-shaped rear lounge. It’s the first motorhome in the range to utilise the Fiat XLWB High-Top. The additional height in the Vantage SKY means that the double bed is tucked away allowing it to be used as a comfortable two or three berth with the added option of the extra bed when needed. The high roof means good headroom and additional storage. There’s a super king size (or two singles), a small double (drop-down), plus a single, again giving a high degree of flexibility for families.
Michael Hardicker adds, ‘Vantage will always specialise in the build of two berth quality panel van conversions. That is what we are known for and where we have built our reputation. We are now happy though to be able to offer additional flexibility for travelling for up to four passengers and flexible sleeping arrangements that we know some of our customers require, if not all of the time, certainly some of the time. Our owners now have options if they decide to go with one of the new models. We’re happy that we have been able to respond to customer feedback and developments at our factory mean that we can add these two new models to the range.’
There are now 12 models in the Vantage range, including front and rear lounge layouts.
The whole range can be viewed at Vantage Motorhomes factory showroom in Pym Street, Leeds, LS10 1PG. You can telephone 0113 244 4134 to arrange a factory tour and find all the latest info at www.vantagemotorhomes.co.uk
